 THE PRESENT YOUTH, WHO CAN TRANSFORM A SLICE OF LIFE TO FULL OF LIFE!!!

Nowdays, I feel, everyone is expressing complaints than  concern on the present generation youth..

Actually, as the seniors to them, we have to ensure them good environment- of social, physical, cultural, moral, lifestyle, compassion towards the creation and make them to become a responsible and responsive human beings..

We are supposed to give taskless joy and time-bound less targets for them from the academics to attitudes..

If we provide happiness in every institution or system we developed so far, from learning to innovations to the youth as gift, I m sure, the present youth will give their success in various fields, from art, culture, science, technology to astronomy, artificial intelligence, as return gift to the society..

Let them crack the task without any deadlines,  targets or tasks..!

I strongly believe that, the new generation youth are a self learning lot with intrinsically motivated persona.. !

They knew their aim perfectly..!

 They will definitely realise their dreams..! 

but they only need pressure-less preparation and Freedom..!!

We must ensure them to feel secure, to rely on their own thoughts and to trust their abilities, through our behaviour, love and affection.. 

We must treat, maintain and continue them as a friend rather than a child even they attain 30 years.. 

Don't treat them inferior or superior or equal. But treat them as special and different! Accept them as they are!

Welcome the diversity of thoughts, deeds and views of them, rather to fix them in uniform!

Coz, they may be come from their earlier generation, but they have grown up, not only with our ideas and idealogy, but also with the influence of mass media, internet, social media, et al..

So, share the moments of happiness and joy with them..

We will see the enormous success later..

I appreciate the present youth as the perfect persons, who can understand the worldly affairs and happenings very well..

They have had the opportunity to grow with all the best qualities of being a great human.. 

The contemporary times, technology, internet revolution, media and other advancements have shaped them in such a way that, they can do anything with confidence, commitment and courage with zero dependance..!

 They are the most self-reliant generation in the entire human evolution!!

 

Whatever we see in youth, as of now, is the dream of SWAMI VIVEKANANDA and other great personalities, came into reality..!

They are the 💯 percent child of both the hopes and aspirations of the world of yesteryears and the present times..

They are every parents dream children with self identity. but not the designer babies..!

There may be few confusions, conflicts, crises, mood swings, emotional fluctuations and chaotic situations in the behavior, attitude, style, life, opinions, views, expectations, prospects and tastes of the youth, but they are very much focussed, concentrated, goal-oriented and purposeful about their ambitions and actions..!

So, as the elders, we must be cool and calm and we have to support , help, encourage them in their journey of life.. 

Finally, we should not forget that, the youth is not only a biological children to the earlier generation,.  But also the brain children and best versions of their predecessors.

Let's hope, All the best for the new challenges and novel times ahead..
